By submitting an order form, making payment, or otherwise engaging our services, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not proceed with an order.
Veltrix Studio offers website design, development, and logo/branding packages as described on this website. All packages are clearly priced in South African Rand (ZAR) and are once-off payments unless otherwise specified.
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information, communications, and materials confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law.
Where delivery involves third-party platforms (e.g. Hostinger, Fiverr-sourced production), Veltrix Studio acts as an intermediary. We maintain full responsibility for the quality and delivery of the final product, but are not liable for third-party platform outages, policy changes, or independently caused issues beyond our control.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication within 14 days. If unresolved, the matter will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
Veltrix Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
